Your Pathway to New Zealand Residency
Step 1: Application & Approval
Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI). Once approved in principle, you have 6 months to transfer and make your investments.
Step 2: Conditional Resident Visa
Receive your Resident Visa, conditional on maintaining your investment for the required term (3 or 5 years) and meeting the minimum time-in-country requirements.
Step 3: Permanent Residency
After your investment term is complete and all conditions are met, you become eligible to apply for a Permanent Resident Visa, which has no travel restrictions.
Step 4: Citizenship
After 5 years of continuous residency (and meeting specific presence tests), you can apply for New Zealand citizenship and a passport.
